After nearly two years of transformation, the Albatros course at Le Golf National is preparing to reopen in September 2026.
Carried out as part of the Grand Paris Express Line 18 construction works, these transformations have made it possible redesign key sections of the course in order to make it even more strategic, spectacular, and sustainable. Remodelled greens, redesigned bunkers, new teeing grounds, and enhanced contours have enriched the playing experience while preserving the unique identity of the Albatros.
The entire course has also benefited from a comprehensive agronomic modernisation, including the introduction of more resilient turf varieties, an optimised irrigation network and a more responsible approach to water management, aimed at reducing consumption and environmental impact.
This renovation marks a new chapter in the history of the Albatros, which will once again host some of the world's most prestigious international events from 2026 onwards, beginning with the return of the Open de France in September.
