Special Terms and Conditions of Sale
Exclusively available to golfers holding a valid French Golf Federation (ffgolf) licence for 2026, these offers are valid from Friday to Sunday, from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, excluding events and competitions, and are subject to the availability of both the golf courses and rooms at the Novotel Saint Quentin en Yvelines. Prices are based on double occupancy and include VAT. Tourist tax and personal expenses are not included. The full package must be paid in advance directly to the hotel. An additional charge will apply to any player who does not hold a valid 2026 ffgolf licence.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 1 to 5 players, cancellations are free of charge until 6:00 p.m., 3 days prior to check-in at the Novotel Saint Quentin en Yvelines.
For bookings of 6 players or more, cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to check-in. Any cancellation requested between 7 days and 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a charge of 50% of the total invoiced amount. After this deadline, 100% of the booked packages will be charged and no refund will be issued.
